Our graduates take on a number of placements in their chosen field offering real-world projects to work on from day one.
Structure
Everything we do is designed to be straightforward and easy to enjoy. So our graduate scheme gives you a structured introduction to the future you want. Whether that’s in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service or Sales, we’ll provide an individually tailored training programme with real-world projects from day one. You’ll also get to try a number of placements in your chosen field that will stretch your abilities, broaden your knowledge and give you a fantastic insight into your future career.
Skills development
The first year of your training is designed to smooth the transition from student to working life. That means concentrating on two areas: firstly improving your individual skills, and secondly looking at how you work in a team. Your individual skills training will look at areas such as communication ability, presentation skills and relationship building. Your team development training will build on your interpersonal skills and help you develop a network of contacts within the graduate team and across the business as a whole. All the way through, you’ll have the support and guidance of your own mentor, as well as plenty of one-to-one coaching to help you find your feet quickly.
Career Development:
By year two, you’ll be far more self-directed and taking on more responsibility. You’ll also have a clear set of objectives to help you direct your career and understand what you need to do to move onwards and upwards. The aim of this year will be to give you more energy and focus on your own development.
Qualifications:
We understand that there is a fine line between being supportive and being the clingy friend that refuses to leave you alone. So, on top of your structured training, we’ll also give you an allowance of up to £2,400 per year for any further training or qualifications that you think will help you in your career. No questions asked. (Unless you decide a scuba diving course is essential to your future career.)
