We want candidates who possess determination and initiative, who are flexible and who enjoy working in teams.
Your development
Graduates recruited by Oracle will participate in a structured development programme during their first 18 months with the company. Year one of the programme facilitates the transition from university to the working environment. Phase 2 of the programme involves the application of skills and responsibilities relevant to your role and planning your next steps with Oracle. In addition, as we want to ensure you get to know each other as a group you will have the opportunity to attend graduate days across your region.
Opportunities
In the UK we offer challenging opportunities in:
- Technical consulting - Our consultants deliver and implement e-business solutions across the complete range of Oracle technology.
- Sales - OracleDirect is a technology-enabled sales and customer-services operation. It brings to life the benefits of Oracle’s e-business technology through advanced use of the internet as a sales medium. You will be based in the vibrant city of Dublin, Ireland, and will work with prospects and clients from your own country.
- Industrial placements - Oracle offer 12-month industrial placements within the application, human-capital management, quality assurance and healthcare sectors. We are looking for interns currently studying an IT/business degree.
- International opportunities - The Malaga International Consulting Centre offer graduates a unique opportunity to develop functional and technical consulting skills in a multicultural environment.
