Training

The skills and attitudes of our people are vital to ohal’s success. An initial induction course is followed by on-the-job experience. Ongoing training is then provided through internal seminars and a personal development programme. Requirements

Applications are welcome from commercially astute graduates who can offer:

• a good (2.1 or above) degree, or a further degree, in economics or a related field
• a good performance in mathematics A-level
• strong econometrics or statistics modules to a detailed level
• an interest in marketing and media would be a significant advantage
• initiative, enthusiasm and a creative approach to analytical problem-solving.
