Impressive facts? We think so. But what really sets AXA apart is the talent of our people. By harnessing their potential, we aim to become the leader in financial protection.
Opportunities
Join our Business Graduate Programme and three eight-month placements over two years will develop your skills and prepare you for a future leadership role.
Our Marketing Graduate Programme also involves three eight-month placements covering anything from strategic marketing to group brand activities.
The new HR Graduate Programme combines four six-month rotations in HR with a placement in a mainstream business function to establish you as an HR business leader.
Our IT Graduate Programme will expose you to multiple specific technologies over three eight-month placements before you ultimately choose which area to focus on.
Our Actuarial Student Programme produces actuaries who can thrive in our rapidly evolving environment. We’ll support you through to qualification with generous study leave, ongoing development and regular performance appraisals.
Finally, our Actuarial Sandwich Scheme allows students to join us on placements of up to 12 months. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to fast track their applications for the full Actuarial Student Programme.
Harnessing your qualities and strength
All programmes require at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent - although a 2.2 is acceptable for the IT programme. The Actuarial Student Programme demands a degree with substantial numerical content and the IT Graduate Programme calls for a technical or business degree. For all the other programmes, any degree discipline is suitable. Right from the start, you’ll assume a real job with real responsibility - but you’ll enjoy comprehensive support and ongoing development once you complete the programme.
Recognising and rewarding your success
Along with an excellent salary, you can expect a generous range of benefits and regular performance-related bonuses. Add to that constant variety and exceptional career prospects within our global organisation, and you’ll understand why it’s time to get in touch.
