Our role

The role of a recruitment consultancy is to act as an intermediary, identifying and sourcing suitably qualified candidates on behalf of its clients.

At Michael Page our consultants:

• identify and develop client relationships
• source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by our clients
• manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

Our graduate scheme

Our graduate recruitment scheme enables graduates to train as recruitment consultants over a five-month period. The training comprises of on-the-job and classroom-based courses. To date, over 250 graduates have worked their way through the challenging programme and become first-class consultants. Life is never dull at Michael Page International as there is always something to learn, constantly pushing you to develop
your skills.
