’We offer a vision that encourages the best and has in place everything you need to develop a career path tailored to your skills and experience.’
Structure
During your first two years, our graduate development opportunities will provide invaluable skills across our business areas - where you will become actively involved in the core business, working on live projects, providing the opportunity to make a visible contribution and gain real experience. Our induction programme includes a week-long residential teambuilding event. We offer close management support, together with appointing individual mentors, if appropriate. This support will place a significant role in optimising your development within the company and contribute towards you obtaining professional qualifications that will benefit your future and ours.
Skills development
If you can use your technical ability and have confidence using your interpersonal skills to work within a team, we can develop this further by offering courses at our in-house training facilities or with external providers. The graduate programme is currently accredited by several professional institutions and provides an excellent springboard into many careers. We can offer opportunities for collaboration with the relevant international scientific, engineering and business communities. This means that the determined graduate will have every opportunity to develop into a leading professional in their chosen field.
