We are looking for people with a unique combination of analytic skills, academic excellence and superior interpersonal attributes. The backgrounds of our junior consultants are diverse. Most join us with specific industry experience gained after completing an undergraduate or advanced degree in a variety of fields including business, operations management, engineering and chemistry.
In addition to having a strong academic record, you will have excellent problem-solving abilities, be a strong team contributor, have exceptional communications skills, strong quantitative skills and exhibit personal maturity.
As a junior consultant, you would be a fully participating member of the consulting team. You would be expected to contribute ideas, opinions, and new information. Working with experienced consultants, you will develop models, perform complex analyses and work on research assignments at both the office and client sites. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively and internationally while on assignments, undertaking a broad range of activities while gaining exposure to the business world.
