Your Development

Our three graduate opportunities consist of comprehensive training programmes, which are flexible and designed to cover the full spectrum of retail management. These allow us to recruit the successful managers of the future and ensure that all training needs are met to deliver exceptional performance. Providing quality training is our biggest priority.

District Management

A fast-track training programme for outstanding self-confident graduates, who can make a significant difference to our business from day one. This involves having the responsibility of running a multi-million pound district of up to 5 stores and leading and managing a team of more than 50 people to achieve successful results. 

Graduate Store Management

An ideal training programme to gain experience and develop management skills by leading a team of up to 25 people within a store-based environment. This challenging 12-24 month programme is focused on developing effective store managers. We expect that within two years, our Graduate Store Managers will be ready to progress onto the next stage of a promising career by beginning training to become a member of our District Management team.

48 week Management Placement Sandwich Degree Course

Specifically designed for undergraduates who want to gain the valuable experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment during their studies. The programme consists of: 6 weeks Store Assistant training, 32 weeks Store Management training, 8 weeks Warehouse and Supply Chain training and 2 weeks working with a District Manager.
