About us

KPMG in the UK is one of the country’s leading business advisors. We provide audit, tax and advisory services to a wide range of clients – from football clubs to governments, and from charities to major corporations. We’re also one of the UK’s leading employers of graduates and offer a wide range of high-quality careers to ambitious people from every academic discipline.

Our graduate careers

There are over 20 graduate career paths to choose from within KPMG. We have graduate programmes across all three of our services areas – audit, tax and advisory – as well as in business services like HR, finance, facilities and IT. Whichever of our structured programmes you join, you will enjoy the support of a mentor and a tailored training scheme. Many of our career paths also lead to valuable professional qualifications.

Why KPMG?

To put this question another way: why were we recently voted first place in the Sunday Times ‘best big companies to work for’? Well, for a number of reasons. As you’d expect from a professional services company, we take the development and training of our people very seriously. We’re also very much committed to sharing the rewards of our success, and last year had a market-leading £59 million bonus pool. Just as importantly, we are a company with strong values and we aim to unite commercial success with ethical behaviour.

Entry requirements

You don’t need a business-related degree to join us, but you do need to demonstrate the drive and the intellectual ability necessary to succeed in our demanding environment. For all programmes, you will need to be on course to achieve a 2:1 and you will usually need at least 300 UCAS Tariff points (or 24 UCAS points) and a grade A in GCSE Maths. Please check our website for the slightly different requirements for our Tax and Audit ACCA programmes.
