The Kier Graduate Development Programme
Kier Group has one of the best graduate development programmes in the industry and forms part of our integrated approach to career development. We provide structured development for graduates, for four years after graduation, supporting individuals into management in their chosen vocation. Initially, you will get training to develop your technical skills and work on a variety of projects to give you a wide range of valuable experiences. We positively encourage you to achieve chartered status with your chosen professional body, and provide the supervision and support necessary through a network of mentors.
Our development programme is accredited with all the relevant professional bodies, and regular reviews ensure that you are progressing well. After as little as three years, your development can start to focus on managerial skills, to progress into senior management positions within the Group. Many of our senior managers in the Group today started with us as graduates.

As well as a relevant degree, we are looking for committed individuals with a positive and proactive attitude. Those individuals who want to progress within the industry, actively seek out opportunities and make the most of experiences will thrive at Kier. If you have the motivation, drive and determination to succeed then we will support you to realise your ambitions.
