One thing is for sure: no two days are ever the same.
You’ll be involved in identifying organisational needs, creating strategic plans, devising organisational policy and procedures, measuring performance, identifying training needs, achieving results, coordinating resources and overseeing recruitment and employee development.
Opportunities in Training
Training is one of the processes that can help both employees and employers deal with change. All organisations need to adapt quickly and be flexible to technical, economic and social changes, especially in today’s world where people frequently need to learn or acquire new skills. The best way to achieve this is by training.
As a trainer you’ll be responsible for identifying training needs, planning solutions, motivating staff, achieving business objectives, contributing to business strategy, devising training programmes, generating ideas, raising standards, overseeing employee development and managing training budgets.
