Capgemini’s graduate programmes

Technology Consulting Programme

Our Technology Consultants apply their expertise to everything from devising an initial strategy to overseeing systems operations for our clients. Join our Accelerated Technologists Programme (ATP) and you will undergo accelerated training, offering you exposure across an unparalleled range of technologies, projects and business sectors.

From your first day, you will be an active member of the project team, working alongside experienced consultants and clients to share new ideas and deliver innovative technology solutions. There’ll be plenty of variety and constant challenge throughout the programme – and your ongoing career.

A combination of learning plans and project roles will give you everything you need to broaden your experience and kick start your IT career within a recognised, industry leading team. After your induction, you will focus on some exciting assignments at the cutting edge, which could include programming, project management office, systems development, testing and technical support activity.

As your experience grows you will take on bigger challenges and start to enjoy considerable autonomy and impact within the role. In particular, we will encourage you to develop your interpersonal skills and redefine your personal and career goals.

Throughout your time with the scheme, and as you progress to working within a specialist practice; you can expect to receive the training, support and mentoring which will enable you to build a successful future as a Technology Consultant.

Management Consulting Programme

At Capgemini Consulting, we recognise that attracting, developing and retaining the best talent – from graduate to senior executive level – is central to our continued success. That is why our Consultant Development Community (CDC) Programme is totally focused on releasing your potential.

You will find yourself learning and growing alongside some of the most talented people within Capgemini. The programme encompasses both fresh graduates and experienced professionals, and will enable you to pursue your personal interests whilst gaining a comprehensive overview of our business. Unlike other organisations, we can give you exposure to the full spectrum of management consulting styles and methods. You can expect to learn through a variety of opportunities - from professional training to on-the-job responsibilities, working alongside subject matter experts from across our practices such as Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain and industry specialists whilst directly adding value to clients in project delivery roles.

In this way, you will quickly gain transferable skills in project planning, strategic analysis, risk management, client training, workshop facilitation and the design of business transformation and change management programmes. The portfolio of skills you will develop is for you to choose, but whatever your preferences, you will enjoy extensive support enabling you to apply your imagination and creativity to the utmost.
