Opportunities

There’s never been a more exciting time for exceptional graduates with drive, talent and European language skills to join us across the business. We have a range of opportunities available within Equity Research; Global Oversight; Investment Strategies Group (Multi-Manager); Operations; Sales and Marketing (European Rotation Programme); Sales and Marketing (Institutional Rotation Programme) and Systems both in the UK and across Europe. Whichever area you decide to apply for, you’ll be given excellent on-the-job training and all the responsibility you can handle. Our training is designed to give you an excellent grounding in your chosen business area, providing a platform for success today and for future opportunities within this challenging organisation.

Our requirements

You’ll need good communication skills and solid analytical capabilities, together with a strong work ethic and an appreciation of effective teamwork. We value people who can work in a constantly changing environment, who are keen to learn and keep on learning. The recruitment process consists of an online application, interviews and assessment centres. The content of these will depend on your chosen business area but will involve getting closer to the appropriate business team and meeting the people you’ll be working with, including senior management. In addition to English, fluency in at least one further European language is essential for our European Rotation Programme.

Rewards

We offer salaries that are reassuringly competitive, and a range of benefits for all our staff, including sign-on and annual performance-related bonuses, non-contributory pensions, private health insurance and discounted investment products and savings schemes. As an employer with a talented, dedicated workforce, we take particular care to ensure that we get the work/life balance just right and endeavour to boost our employees’ quality of life both in the present and in the future. With a broad, flexible company structure and a worldwide presence, there’s no limit to how far you can progress with us.
