Our exciting Graduate Development Programme will give individuals the opportunity to learn all aspects of our operations by working in different businesses.  This graduate development programme is for individuals who want to do a real operational job, which can have a direct impact on the success of our businesses. Business or Engineering background is preferred however applicants from any discipline are welcome.


The Initial Facilities Development Programme


We have vast experience in developing people to improve performance and this is reflected in the comprehensive development programme, which will be undertaken by our graduate development community.  Some of the initiatives in the programme include:-

  •  Senior Manager Mentor
  •  Graduate Buddy
  •  quarterly progress reviews
  •  annual questions to the Board
  •  Management Development Programme
  •  annual Graduate of the Year
  •  career orientation programme


A two-week induction programme will be followed by six-month placements within the business.  This programme is flexible to adapt to your learning needs and you decide if you want this programme to continue for 1 or 2 years.  Promotion opportunities are not restricted but dictated by the success of the individual.
