The Options

Industrial Placement
If you are looking to take a year out as part of your degree and you want your CV to stand out from the crowd, our industrial placement scheme will offer you 12 months in which you’ll start building the future you want - before you’ve even got your degree. We have positions across all areas of our business including human resources, IT, business, marketing and finance.

Summer Internship
IBM Extreme Blue is no ordinary summer internship. How does 12 weeks running your very own micro business in IBM sound? You’ll be part of a team consisting of 4 students (1 business and 3 technical) where you’ll develop the technology and business plan that will bring a new product to life for IBM. Are you up for the challenge?

Graduate

What we look for

It doesn’t matter what you are studying, but you will need to be on target for a minimum of a 2:1 honours degree. To succeed at IBM, you will need energy and creativity, combined with a clear focus on providing the excellent service our clients expect. You’ll need to be adaptable, a great team player and driven with passion for your chosen field.
