Operating for ten years, we are a team trusted by government and universities right across the UK for opening up career-enhancing placement opportunities through national programmes like Shell Step and government-backed programmes like the London Innovation Placement Programme.

What we can offer you

Placements and projects
We manage the UK’s best short (4–12 week) placement programmes such as Shell Step, the London Innovation Placement programme and the ESRC’s Workplace Experience Programme. And we also have companies queuing up to tap into the talents of students looking to complete academically credible final year projects.

Internships
We have a growing list of opportunities for talented students and recent graduates in a diverse mix of forward thinking businesses for 6–12 month development-focused internships, often with a fulfilling permanent position at the end of it.

We are not an agency. We have specialist teams continuously sourcing real opportunities in real businesses for students, postgrads and graduates. All our placements and clients are vetted by one of our own experienced national team or by local partners. And all our placements, long or short, offer a training allowance free of tax and NI or a salary appropriate to your qualifications and experience.

If you undertake a placement directly through us or through one of our branded programmes you will receive a structured placement brief, undertake a pre-placement induction and be visited regularly throughout. You will also be offered a Skills Tracker account – a unique online tool to help you record and reflect on the skills you develop while on placement.

How do I register?

Registration couldn’t be simpler. Click on the Apply Now button and complete the online registration form. You can set some initial preferences (for example, if you only want to hear about summer placements in London next summer) and update these as your own requirements change.
