Our graduate programme

Our 12-month UK programme will give you a thorough understanding of how our business operates. Based in our London office, you will complete placements in the core areas of business lending, treasury and operations. On-the-job training, live projects and formal courses to develop key technical and personal skills will all help you get to grips with a steep learning curve. Key aspects of the programme include:

• induction programme
• rotations between the bank's departments
• tailored training programme on key aspects of our business
• seminars and workshops with our professional advisors
• regular performance reviews.

What we look for

In a business like ours the ability to build relationships and work in a team is key. Beyond that we look for people who use their initiative and make decisions; who have the determination to learn and progress and have loads of enthusiasm coupled with plenty of common sense. Bring us these qualities along with a 2.1 degree or equivalent and a strong interest in financial services and we will ensure you are noticed and encouraged to progress within Anglo.
