Who is Operis?

Operis is a specialist advisor in corporate and project finance, working in the fields of health, transport, oil and gas, mining, education, power, waste, renewables, and public infrastructure. Our services include a range of specialist financial advisory and capital-raising services, specialist financial modelling, model audit, and tax and accounting services. We are based in London and currently employ about 40 people.

Operis has a blue-chip corporate client base and is renowned for its high-quality training, teaching delegates from all sectors how to build a financial model.

What kind of people work for us?

We seek to recruit the highest-calibre graduates and post-doctorates who, with support from their team, can be productive in real-world projects from day one. Our projects are diverse and of relatively short duration, but of very high priority to our clients. Starting remuneration is competitive within the banking sector and strong performance is rewarded with increases in salary and responsibility.

We would like to hear from graduates and post-doctorates with good degrees in numerate subjects and some formal grounding in computing. Enthusiasm for hard work and a desire to take responsibility are essential. Successful applicants will be ambitious with a keen intellect, able to think flexibly and excellent communicators.
