Your future

Bombardier has great opportunities for graduates in mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineering, plus finance, commercial and procurement roles. During our challenging two-year graduate training and development programme, you will benefit from a personal mentor and also be supported by a variety of line managers in a range of placements. We are looking for technical specialists and future business leaders. Reflecting this, you will be given a range of experiences and gain the skills and knowledge to become a manager within our organisation.

Your training

All graduates will be supported in becoming chartered or gaining professional qualifications. To help develop your strengths and abilities you will have at least four placements over the programme, including time spent internationally. Each placement will involve ’real’ work and live projects that will impact on the business. Your skills and capabilities will be developed through courses such as project management; financial awareness and fundamental management principles and skills; and communication and influencing.
