Us

KBR comprises two business units in the UK. Energy and Chemicals provides services to the petrochemical industry; projects include offshore platforms and onshore facilities. Government and Infrastructure provides project management services for infrastructure projects and logistics support, facilities development and management services to the defence sector in the UK and overseas.

A proactive approach - there will be times when you have to react to circumstances, but to be successful you must also demonstrate an ability to be proactive.

Good communication - you will need to produce concise technical reports and studies, and present them to colleagues or customers. This includes understanding fully what the customer needs and wants.

Planning and organisation - either running a small team yourself or playing a role in a larger one, you will be expected to set objectives, plan your work and organise yourself and others to produce the required outcome.

Teamworking and building relationships - we look for people who are good at building effective relationships with a range of people including colleagues, clients and suppliers.
