A Unique Four-Year Training Programme

Your career will begin with a series of comprehensive induction sessions.  As well as allowing you to meet graduates from other parts of the business, this will give you a solid grounding in our business, our culture and the ways in which you’ll be able to contribute. 

From there you’ll embark on a four-year graduate programme designed to provide a company overview through a series of practical assignments – each lasting between 6 months and a year.  You’ll also have the active support of senior managers, as well as your own fully chartered mentor.

Assignments are structured and tailored to develop your skills base.  Typically, projects could involve leading a team to develop solutions in the flat panel or solar panel sectors, planning the launch of new vacuum equipment, or identifying design and assembly modifications for the next generation of semiconductor pumps.

Ultimately, our aim is to provide a pool of flexible and internationally mobile intellectual talent.  Initially, this means helping you reach IMECHE/IEE chartered status.  As we’re a global company, there may also be opportunities to carry out assignments overseas.
