Our Requirements & Locations

The people we look for are bright, talented and ambitious.  You’ll be expecting to achieve a 2:1 honours degree or above, or a post-graduate qualification, in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.  Above all else, you’ll have the potential to become one of our leaders for the future.

We’ll require you to be fully mobile and prepared to travel to any of our sites in the UK – Shoreham-by-Sea, Burgess Hill, Eastbourne, Clevedon, Crawley and Bolton.
