The majority of our roles are engineering - civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and electronic – although we also have opportunities in commercial management/quantity surveying, facilities management and project management. This means we will consider graduates from the majority of disciplines.
Work and Summer Placements
Placements are either for the summer period or for a year as part of your course requirements. The type of work involved will be varied across our different businesses and might include a role within operations, commercial, engineering, or design projects.

Recruitment for graduates is an ongoing process, we are present in the key publications and online. In addition to interviews we run regular assessment centres to ensure we match the right person to the right part of the business.
