Underwriting Management Trainee Scheme

Underwriting is core to our business and as a graduate trainee underwriter you will be expected to make an immediate impact as part of a specialist professional team located in one of our regional branches. You can look forward to industry-leading training and development from our award-wining Underwriting Academy and support in achieving your Advanced Diploma in Insurance.

Claims Trainee Scheme

Our Claims Trainee Scheme will support you in developing technical claims handling experience, as well as building core leadership and commercial skills. Sales & Marketing Management Trainee Scheme

The Sales and Marketing Business Trainee Scheme provides the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of what it takes to run a successful multi-channel, multi-media sales and marketing organisation and to undertake a professional business qualification, such as the diploma in marketing, ACIM.

Finance Trainee Scheme

As a Finance Trainee, based in out head office in Guildford, you will be working with the full range of trading and corporate accounts. We will give you all the support you need to gain either a CIMA or ACCA qualification.

Actuarial Trainee Scheme

IT Trainee Scheme
