With a competitive starting salary, six monthly increments over the two year period, supported professional development and management development, Graduates can choose to join on either the Operational or Support Stream. Graduate Commercial Roles (London, Scotland and Lancashire)
To adopt a graduate entry position within the Commercial field. Providing support to the commercial teams in the management of contracts, preparation and completion of tenders for new business, management of relationships with clients and DSPs and authorization of payments. The ability to demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills along with excellent oral and written communication, a customer service focus and high levels of accuracy is essential.

Graduate - Project Management (Birmingham, London, Wales and Scotland)
To adopt a graduate entry position within the field of Project Management, assuming responsibility for aspects of operational activity within a pre-determined geographical area or work stream, including the supervision of contractors in the performance of their duties to recognized standards of productivity and quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions. The ability to demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills along with excellent oral and written communication, a customer service focus and high levels of accuracy is essential.

Graduate Regional Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager (Lancashire, London and Scotland )
To ensure compliance with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, to undertake client liaison and monitoring of health, safety, environmental and quality performance.
