The Opportunity

The Graduate Development Programme lasts for 2 years and is tailor made to fit around a specific role or discipline within the businesses.
The programme provides intensive on the job training as well as course based learning, giving graduates the necessary skills and knowledge to join various project teams who are responsible for utilities and Public sectors.
Enterprise will give you the opportunity to spend time working out in the field implementing and coordinating work but also give you the opportunity to work in an office environment working behind the scenes focusing on facts and figures making decisions.
