Candidates should have a minimum 2.2 in any discipline, an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, an interest in the motor industry and a flexible approach to work and travel. Your development

Our unique approach to graduate development encompasses all areas of the business, giving you the experience, knowledge and skills you will need to become an effective team leader.

For the first phase of our programme you will be based at our Head Office in Nottingham, working alongside company directors in central departments such as Business Development and Group Operations, in order to maximise your understanding of our core business and culture.

Your training will then be focused at dealership level, where you will spend time in the sales, service and parts departments of both volume (i.e. Ford) and prestige franchises (i.e. Porsche). Taking on customer-facing roles, your inter-personal and communication skills will be tested and developed, whilst the experience and knowledge you gain will enhance your credibility for a future leadership position.

Following your time in our dealerships comes a period of shadowing a Divisional Managing Director, taking on larger areas of responsibility within the group. During this phase of further learning you will be monitored with a view to being eligible to apply for a more senior leadership role.

Undergraduate Placements

We are also looking for undergraduate students who have the opportunity to carry out a 12 month placement as part of their studies. We are able to accommodate students in a number of different departments at our Head Office including Business Development, Legal & Insurance, Human Resources and Communication.
