During the first 18 months, you’ll also join a foundation-level Management Development Programme specifically designed for graduates. Aimed at helping you become a successful manager, this modular programme will take you all around the country, giving you a fascinating insight into the day-to-day activities of each of our branches.

Throughout the Graduate Development Programme, you’ll find yourself picking up valuable skills. You’ll enjoy unlimited exposure to all areas of our business. You’ll learn how to manage projects, develop strong teams and deliver compelling presentations. Just as importantly, you’ll be given the opportunity to put theory into practice and show us what you’re really made of. This will involve working on a live project alongside fellow graduates, as well as on one of our many community-based initiatives.
