Our Graduate Programme

Our aim is to develop our future leaders so, with a real job and real responsibilities from day one, our successful graduates must possess the ability to thrive and excel in a challenging environment.  Our 2 year structured programme (3 year Finance programme) offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across your chosen function with European exposure and responsibilities.  We believe that our graduate training programme is one of the best in Europe, both for the quality of the training and the breadth of the experience that it offers!

Training and Development

Through our Professional Graduate Development Programme, which covers a series of modules, you will receive both business and personal skills training.  We are an approved quality training provider with CIMA (Finance) and our Graduate Engineering training scheme is accredited by IMechE, IEE and IChemE.  Study towards relevant professional qualifications in other disciplines is also encouraged and supported.

A mentor/’buddy’ will support and encourage you in the early stages of your career with us and you will have the opportunity to share experiences with other professionals from different functions and nationalities across Europe, helping you build your network of support and friendship.
