Developing your career

Mazars offer a number of different training schemes. The largest is Chartered Accountancy but we also recruit graduates into Actuarial, Financial Advisory and Tax Schemes.

After having passed your chartered accountancy exams, a variety of opportunities are available to you. You can specialise as a business adviser in audit, tax, corporate finance or corporate recovery. The right graduate

We are looking for people who are committed to the highest standards, take early responsibility, show initiative and make a positive contribution to the continued growth of the firm. Our entry requirements are 280 UCAS points (320 for Actuarial) and a 2.1 degree or higher. We will consider graduates of any discipline but need a high standard of numeracy.

Application procedure and recruitment process

If successful at first interview, candidates are then invited to the office of their choice for an interview with the local partner and to meet some trainees and other team members to find out about their experiences with the firm. You will also be required to take tests to assess your verbal and numerical abilities and your planning and organising skills.
