PA Consulting Group is a leading management, systems and technology consulting firm. Employee-owned, award-winning, independent, highly successful, global, and ambitious for further growth - PA is a different kind of consulting firm. We look to hire exceptional people and provide them with opportunities that they will not find elsewhere. We are looking for opinion-formers, people who prize a culture based on respect, collaboration, and new ideas, and who have a passion for delivering solutions to the most complex and challenging issues affecting business and government. PA offers a career in consulting, not just a job; a stake in our firm; and an environment where individuals and ideas matter.
Why we are different:
PA works with clients from insight to implementation – delivering unique industry insights and end-to-end solutions. We bring new ideas, and design and implement innovative solutions to achieve lasting change. At PA, we see projects right through to the finishing line – and beyond.
We have no audit arm nor exclusive alliances. This independence means the advice we give to clients, and the work we deliver, are based only on what is best for our clients’ business.
PA’s list of independent accolades provides evidence of our determination to deliver value to clients. In the nine years that PA has entered the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Best Management Practice Awards we have received an unprecedented 30% of all the top awards. No other consulting firm in the UK comes even close to matching this record.
PA was the first major consultancy firm to open for business in the virtual world of Second Life.
What we look for:
An excellent academic record is essential, as is the ability to work co-operatively with others and present yourself and your ideas effectively and persuasively. You will also need a high degree of drive and tenacity in order to achieve your goals. Ambition and business acumen are vital.
We recognise that diversity is strength and that the differences between people add value to our organisation. PA Consulting Group is committed to equality and diversity and positively welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates from all backgrounds, regardless of sex, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion or age.
