Is recruitment for you?

Recruitment involves a high degree of telephone and face-to-face sales and you will need to use your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities to build confidence and rapport with both clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for running your own recruitment desk and for developing your own area of the business.  We therefore want to hear from ambitious individuals of graduate calibre who are prepared to work hard for high returns.

Ideally, you will have some commercial or sales experience.  You will certainly have a confident and outgoing personality and will relish a challenge.  If you can take the lows of unforeseen setbacks along with the highs of success, you’ll discover that being in control of your own career and earning potential is an inspiring way to work.  Once you’ve experienced it, you won’t want to work any other way.

You’ll receive ongoing training and development

Our 12-week initial training programme involves one-to-one training, team training and role-playing to build your skills and knowledge.  This will be provided through external training courses as well as doing the job ‘for real’ in branch with feedback, coaching and mentoring from your manager.  And, as part of our personal development programme, we’ll continue to help you refine and hone your competencies throughout your career with us.

And the rewards are considerable

Once through your induction period, you can expect to earn at least £30k in your first year, and upwards of £40k in your second year.  After that, your earnings and success are entirely dependent on the effort you put in - there is no cap on your earning potential!
