Our requirements

We look to recruit approximately 14 trainee solicitors each year. When considering training contract applications, we look for applicants from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate an ability to achieve results. Above all, we value well-motivated candidates with a practical and pragmatic approach who can make a positive impact on a team.

Your development

Unlike many firms, we offer our trainees real legal experience during their training contract, including attendance at court and client meetings. Challenged from the outset, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your talents across a range of seats. You will follow a focused training plan which will enable you to develop business as well as legal skills.
