We’re eager to recruit like minded Graduates to join our Professional Development Programme.
What we do
A global leader in engineering and environmental services, we provide appraisal, planning, engineering design, construction, operation and management across 40 countries. Our international technology, regional knowledge and local skills have made us No.1 in water (NCE) and No.7 (NCE) in waste. While water remains our core business, our diversification into areas such as project management, environmental control and engineering consultancy, along with activities focused on climate change, provide even more scope for meeting your career aspirations. Employee owned, we take our environmental responsibility seriously. As well as a variety of community action projects, we are also a major sponsor of WaterAid. You’ll be encouraged and supported to follow your own passions, just as our people were who we sponsored to help in the aftermath of the Asian tsunami. Privately held and employee-owned, MWH has long been a vital force in improving the quality of life around the world. Today, as we enter a new era of global business growth, our exciting work has just begun.
Opportunities and training
Our structured professional development programme means that straightaway you’ll be doing a real job on live projects. Help and support are always available, whether from your mentor or a passing colleague. We’re all happy to share knowledge and experience. You will be working for a company where you can make a difference. A place where the work you do positively impacts communities, entire countries, even the planet and we can offer you a challenging and rewarding career experience.
Approved by a variety of professional bodies, the scheme will be tailored to meet your individual needs and will quickly help you to understand the corporate environment and support you in achieving professional status.
