Our requirements

We are looking for graduates and undergraduates who have a genuine enthusiasm for the development industry. A related degree is preferable, although not strictly necessary.

Our training programmes

Graduate management training programme. A tailored three-year training programme in which you will spend time within the core areas of the business: development, construction, land, and sales and marketing. The remainder of the programme will be spent in departments relevant to your career interest. We offer assistance and sponsorship whilst gaining membership to relevant bodies such as the RICS. We also officer assistance in gaining further qualifications.

Work experience programme

Available to undergraduates who are studying relevant degree subjects and wish to pursue a career within the development industry. We offer six weeks paid work experience during the summer. Help and support is also given during your studies.

Industrial placement

This involves a year-long placement in your specific area of study, with the opportunity to join our sponsorship or graduate training scheme. We ensure that all our trainees on the three programmes have a mentor throughout, as well as supervisors in each department.
