We encourage our graduate engineers to become chartered, and have made the route faster by developing our own rigorous training programme that follows the principles of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers(CIBSE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) professional development programmes.  It’s designed to help engineers gain their chartered status within four years.
