How does the programme work?

Our graduate programme aims to give you as much breadth of experience as possible, as quickly as possible. We believe, in order for you to fulfil your potential, you need to have a broad understanding of how our diverse business works. Our graduate engineers are challenged not just technically but commercially, our general management graduates will work in the front line with customers and help deliver business transforming projects and our IS, and finance graduates will gain experience working across many of our business units.
