The Finance Graduate programme is part of the Hilton Talent management strategy and is designed to ensure that there is a structured career path within the Finance function for the Hilton UK and Ireland.

This new programme will provide commercially astute graduates with a unique opportunity to develop a finance career within the number one leading Hospitality Company in the world.

During the three years of the programme you will spend at least one year based at the Hilton Head Office, one year in a hotel and one year in another part of the organisation to provide you with as broad an experience as possible.

You will be funded to study for the CIMA examinations, which are an essential part of your qualifications as a Hilton Finance Development Programme graduate.

selection criteria:

• You are a graduate or equivalent
• You speak English fluently
• You are mobile in the UK and Ireland
• You have a valid work permit

At the end of this period you can expect to take on a permanent role within the finance function – from there the career prospects are limitless.
