Cyril Sweett is a leading construction and property consultancy offering a range of services across quantity surveying, project management, specialist consulting and management consultancy disciplines. We operate from 18 offices throughout the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, India and Dubai and we have an international network of partners and associates of over 1,500 staff from 60 offices in 27 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India.

Graduate development
We strongly believe that obtaining a professional qualification through organisations such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Association of Project Management (APM) is an important step in everyone’s career. Cyril Sweett are RICS approved trainers, have several RICS assessors and actively support professional organisations. We will pay your professional subscription and also pay your university course fees for suitable courses related to your professional development.

Our requirements
We are always keen to hear from applicants who are interested in pursuing a career with Cyril Sweett or undertaking a placement year with the company. For our graduate programme we are looking for highly numerate graduates (minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline) who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a desire to learn new skills through working in a consultancy environment. We would also like to hear from you if you have recently completed your A Levels or are looking for a sandwich placement as part of your university course. We welcome applicants from non-construction backgrounds but we want to see evidence of your commitment and enthusiasm for working in your chosen service area and sector.
