Our two-year training programme, unusually, includes six four-month seats rather than the standard four - three seats in your first year and three in your second, chosen by you. There are two big advantages of this system. First, it gives you a broader range of experience and insights so you can really get to know and understand the business before you specialise. Secondly, it allows you to identify new interests and passions in areas you might never otherwise have considered. Experience bears this out.
