Salary and benefits

Trainee solicitor salaries are £22,000 first year, £25,000 second year, £36,000 and £51,000 on qualification in Birmingham and London respectively. Wragge & Co’s benefits include prizes for first class degree and LPC distinction, £1,000 interest free loan, pension scheme, life insurance, permanent health insurance, 25 days’ holiday a year, travel schemes, private medical insurance, sports and social club, and corporate gym membership rates.

We will provide your tuition fees for LPC and GDL (where relevant) and a maintenance grant of £5,500 (studying outside London) and £7,000 (studying in London) for each year of study.
