Structured Training
Our actuarial graduates work towards qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries. This is not easy, and requires determination and a great deal of self-discipline. We will help you to achieve your goals by providing training and comprehensive study support.

Our HR graduates are encouraged to develop a wide range of skills and we support the attainment of relevant professional qualifications, such as CIPD, MBA, MFin, ATII, CFA.

We recognise that starting a career is challenging, so we assign you a mentor or buddy to whom you can turn for professional or personal advice.

Skills Development
Skills development comes in two ways – early client contact and responsibility, and ongoing training in specialised areas.

In your early years you will take on increasingly testing roles, involving more client contact as well as supervisory roles. We have many skill-based workshops which cover areas such as oral and written communication, marketing, selling, management and leadership. All will equip you to meet the challenges of a career in actuarial or HR consulting.
