What can we offer you?

You will be given formal training and be involved in client assignments from day one. Our actuarial analysts work towards qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries, while our HR consulting practices support the attainment of relevant professional qualifications, such as CIPD, MBA, MFin, ATII and CFA.

Who are we looking for?

We seek well-motivated graduates, who will be expected to reach the technical standards quickly, while taking an active interest in all the legislative, economic and social developments that affect our clients. You should achieve a first or 2.1 degree and have high A-level grades (340 UCAS points), including a ‘B’ in maths for our actuarial practices.
