Structured external and internal courses and on-the-job training will be a regular feature of your working life.
Structure
Our induction programme covers the core skills needed in consultancy plus an introduction to our key areas of business. Together with your career counsellor (who will be an experienced consultant) you will identify your specific training needs. This will be coupled with on-the-job training.
Skills development
Our training programme is designed to help you establish the technical, commercial and managerial competencies you will need as you take on greater responsibility.
Qualifications
Should you consider gaining further formal qualifications recognised as benefiting yourself and the company, we will consider providing support in terms of both time and money.
Career development
As you develop your skills, you will play an increasingly prominent role, often with project or account management responsibilities, with more emphasis placed on budget control and the direction of other staff. Career development is also possible through the attainment of particular core technical skills that are applicable across a number of our markets and projects.
You will be able to acquire additional responsibilities, according to your ability, aspirations and the needs of the business. Your performance will be regularly appraised and you will receive appropriate career management advice and support in reaching mutually agreed objectives.
