What we’re looking for

We only recruit outstanding graduates and postgraduates from numerate and problem-solving backgrounds. Our requirements are:

1. A minimum 2:1 degree in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics and operational research disciplines (business, marketing or management modules are also valued).
2. At least 320 UCAS points (or their equivalents).
3. Excellent communication and team-working skills and the ability to develop your commercial competence.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salaries for graduates and postgraduates range from £26,000 –  £28,000, plus we provide a number of important benefits such as an annual bonus scheme, a graduate loan, relocation allowances, a generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday and private healthcare.
