Training
At BDO Stoy Hayward, every day prepares you for the next. We try to make training flexible and we believe there’s no substitute for first-hand experience. You’ll attend a financial training college for your professional training, but we make sure you have all the study and revision time you need, as well as in-house support. Most of our graduates study for the ACA, awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, but we also offer other routes to professional qualification, depending on the business stream you join.

BDO Stoy Hayward is all about growth and partnership. We’ll work with you to help decide the route you want to follow in your career, and provide the systems and support to progress your development. This could include studying for further qualifications, or taking a secondment in one of our 600 offices across the world. There’s always more than one career route open to you.
