On-the-job training is complemented by a comprehensive internal training programme designed to develop the practical business and management skills needed to service our clients effectively. Exam training is provided by a firm of professional tutors. Your progress is carefully monitored and extra tuition is always available if you need it. We offer a diversity of experience that is difficult to beat. You will work on up to 30 assignments each year, ranging from family businesses to landed estates and a variety of other private clients. You will have the opportunity to work in mixed teams and manage smaller assignments on your own. You will gain exposure to senior people very rapidly. Once qualified, career progression is rapid and the process of determining a career path is a joint one between the firm and you.
