Pareto only works with the best. We are looking for graduates seeking to start or progress their career in sales. 

The Pareto selection process is designed to find that elite 20 per cent of graduates who demonstrate the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed in a career in sales.

Every applicant receives a call from a member of our experienced recruitment team who will discuss their application and give a better understanding as to the opportunities on offer. Graduates who pass this initial stage will be invited to attend one of our assessment centres. 

The assessment days are a challenging and positive experience designed to determine the chosen few who we believe possess the skills and suitability to a career in sales and who we will then place with an employer. 

However our assessment process doesn’t stop there. Pareto is as selective when finding clients as we are when assessing graduates. We meet with every prospective employer so we can fully understand the job role and responsibilities, company culture, structure and working environment. We will then do our best to match graduates to their perfect employer and help ensure that we give them the best possible start to their new career.

Pareto believes training is essential to success. That’s why, as part of our recruitment process, once placed graduates can expect to receive a five day bespoke sales and communications skills training programme designed to provide the skills necessary to help succeed in the sales environment. Graduates will return to Pareto throughout the early stages of their career for continual sales training, support and development.

the Pareto Opportunities

All Pareto opportunities offer basic salaries between £16-22k with year one on target earnings of £20-30k, structure progression plan and full bespoke sales training programme. Additional benefits where appropriate could include a company car or car allowance.
