Engineering firm launches recruitment drive
Having reintroduced its graduate training scheme earlier this year, Hayward Tyler Group has announced that it is looking to fill a number of skilled vacancies.
The pumps and motors manufacturer, which supplies products to the power, oil and gas industries, is now looking to expand its workforce after receiving a high level of orders this year.
Larry Redmond, Human Resources Director at the firm, said that it is currently an 'exciting time' for the company and it is now recruiting for a number of 'important positions.'
'One of Hayward Tyler's strengths is its ability to select and retain experienced personnel who not only bring real value to the business but who will enjoy all the benefits of being part of a growing UK-based niche engineering business,' he remarked.
According to the firm, its apprenticeship and graduate training schemes - which were reinstated in July - are an 'important part' of its plans to recruit the 'right people.'
In August, Hayward Tyler announced that it would be offering a four-year apprenticeship scheme, where candidates would be given both academic and skills-based training.
