Interserve secures £40m deal
Interserve, a graduate jobs provider, has landed a place on a new construction framework for Severn Trent Water.
Due to run for a three-year period, the £40m contract will see the facilities management specialist provide a range of refurbishment and modernisation services for structures in the region.
Working alongside two other contractors, the organisation is to maintain facilities stretching from the Humber Estuary to the Bristol Channel and mid Wales to the east Midlands.
'This framework further extends our long and successful relationship with Severn Trent and is another important win within the water industry, where we have built a strong market position,' said Adrian Ringrose, Chief Executive of the firm.
Bryan Hemmings of Severn Trent noted that Interserve was chosen for its capabilities in offering the best possible facilities for the utilities provider's workforce.
In recent news, Interserve was selected as a preferred partner on a £60m project for Thames Water.
